Valid on all lifts of Zillertal

With the online booking of your ski pass you can go straight past the ticket offices, walk straight to the gondola and enjoy your skiing fun straight away. Choose the appropriate ski region, the first day of your ski holiday and the number of consecutive ski days.

Tip: From the 2nd day your ski pass is automatically a Zillertal Superskipass and is therefore valid on all lifts in the Zillertal.

Before a ski ticket can be used in the ski area, it must be checked in on this portal or directly in the ski area with a valid Covid certificate. Check in

Keycard

Do you still have a ski pass card from your last ski holiday? Then simply and quickly load the new ski pass onto this keycard. You will find a 23-digit card number on the back of your card. Please enter this in the "Keycard number" field. The credit on your keycard / ski pass is automatically activated as soon as you go through the turnstile at the mountain railway for the first time. Note: only works with keycards from the manufacturer Skidata.

Collection

You can get your ticket against a scan of your digital wallet or voucher at the automatic pick-up machine in the respective ski region: Mayrhofen: Valley station of the Ahorn, Penken and Horbergbahn, as well as at the Möslbahn cash desk. Zillertal: at selected valley stations in the Hintertux Glacier, Finkenberg, Hochfügen and the Zillertal Arena ski areas.

Prices, discounts and refunds

Flexible ticket return

Tickets that have not been redeemed or used yet can be cancelled at any time. The ticket value will be refunded to the originally selected payment method. Please send an email to  help@myzillertal.app  so we can process the cancellation. If your ticket was paid for using a voucher, you will receive a voucher from Zillertal Booking GmbH, which you can redeem in our webshop.

Please note that ski passes are valid only on consecutive days, interruptions are not allowed (except for optional ski passes). In the event of injury or illness, as a gesture of goodwill, we can refund the value of the pass from the last day on which it was used. Please note that you need to present a doctor’s note in order to receive a refund. No refund will be given for lost ski passes. No refund or extension will be granted for bad weather, wind/storms, unforeseen departure, operational interruptions, closed slopes, etc. Price reductions are available for the severely disabled from 60 % disability. An original ID card is required for purchasing and verification purposes. Tickets for pedestrians are only available for people without any winter-sport equipment. All prices in Euro incl. 10 % VAT!

Ski pass rules

Ski passes are not transferable. Notwithstanding criminal prosecution, misuse will result in revocation of the ski pass without compensation and the levying of additional transport rates as specified in the tariff provisions. Gross violations of the Terms of Transportation and FIS rules and/or disregard of barriers and instructions given by ski patrol will result in expulsion from the lift and revocation of the ski pass without compensation. Transportation is subject to access control with photo matching. Apart from this, we point out that the respective Terms of Transportation and FIS rules apply as the basis for behaviour on ski lifts and slopes.
