An average level of physical fitness is required for all activities. The demands and level of difficulty of the tours are adapted to the abilities of the client.
We expect our clients to have a fundamentally appreciative attitude towards nature and people who also want to enjoy the mountains and nature.
RAW Bergsport offers outdoor activities with a naturally increased risk of accidents and injuries (e.g. danger of falling, altitude sickness, cold damage, avalanche danger, crevasse fall, falling rocks, aborted take-offs for tandem paragliding flights, etc.). A change of the planned route on the part of RAW Bergsport due to changing weather conditions or other safety-relevant factors (e.g. avalanche danger) is possible at any time during the activity and serves the safety of the customer. By booking an activity, the client confirms that he/she is largely responsible for him/herself and accepts the residual risk. There is no guarantee for reaching the goals (e.g. mountain summit).
If rental equipment is used by the client, a rental fee is to be paid. In the event of loss or damage that goes beyond normal wear and tear, the rental equipment must be replaced.
