During the cooking demonstration, you can watch, step by step, as a delicious 3-course-meal is conjured up under the direction of head chef Markus Bichler. Would you prefer to cook or just watch? It's entirely up to you if you want to help the professionals or just observe their skill in the kitchen. Whatever you decide, lively conversation with the chef and the other participants is guaranteed. Perhaps the stagingchef will even let you in on a couple of well kept kitchen secrets?

When the menu is ready, its time to taste and enjoy. A carefully selected glass of wine accompanies every dish and is included in the cost of the course. The course finishes with a relaxed dinner and conversation. The recipes will be given to you by the stagingchef himself.
