We intend to make the best time of your year as safe as possible for all our guests and take Covid-19 protective measures very seriously. Protecting the safety of us all is our top priority, which is why we adhere strictly to regulations issued by the Austrian government. 

We will keep you up to date on all new regulations and/or provisions that may come into force.

PRE-TRAVEL-CLEARENCE

Since 19 December 2020 there has been a 10-day obligatory quarantine for persons entering Austria from a Corona risk area. There are plans to classify risk areas on the basis of the 14-day incidence rate of positive Coronavirus cases. All countries with a rate higher than 100 will be classified as risk areas. After five days, travellers can take a PCR or antigen test at their own expense. Only if the test is negative, can they end their quarantine earlier. WEAR A FACE MASK WHEREVER NECESSARY

SNEEZE/COUGH IN THE CROOK OF YOUR ARM

USE CONTACTLESS OR CARD PAYMENTS WHENEVER POSSIBLE

PURCHASE LIFT PASSES ONLINE IN ADVANCE IF POSSIBLE

USE THE AUSTRIAN RED CROSS STOPP-CORONA APP

IN CASE OF COVID19 SYMPTOMS PHONE 1450 IMMEDIATELY
