A digital platform on which you can book online adventures, tickets for events, ski passes and much more in and around the Zillertal Valley. You can, of course, also use the app to book your holiday accommodation.
myZillertal is managed by Zillertal Booking GmbH in cooperation with the tourism associations and cable car companies in the Zillertal Valley.
Is myZillertal just an app? No. myZillertal is also available in website form https://www.myZillertal.at. The app is available for both Android and iPhone devices.
You can choose from the following payment methods on the website (desktop version):

Please check your spam folder first. You will often find the booking confirmation there. Otherwise, please contact help@myzillertal.app and we will check the status of your booking.
The support team can be contacted via e-mail from Monday to Friday except public holidays, from 08:00 to 17:00 hrs. Just write a message to help@myzillertal.app and our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
No. Vouchers cannot be cancelled, nor can they be redeemed in cash. However, vouchers have no expiry date and can therefore be redeemed at a later date.
You will find all relevant information about the cancellation policy in the General Terms and Conditions . Here is an excerpt from the General Terms and Conditions:
Services purchased by orders via the shopping cart that do not fall under point 3 - Package tours - can generally not be cancelled or reversed. Exceptions are regulated by provisions within the individual contractual relationships and cancellation conditions for accommodation in accordance with Point 7.2. The customer support team is on hand (help@myzillertal.app) to deal with cancellations of bookings in accordance with Point 7.2.
Please note! Exceptions are possible after prior clarification and agreement with the service provider. Contact the provider immediately and clarify any special terms with them directly.
No, but we can cancel it. In this situation, you are best advised to contact our customer support team (help@myzillertal.app). After careful examination of the circumstances, the support team will cancel the ticket in question. You can then book a new ticket.
