The Music Only Festival Ticket is only valid in connection with your identity card.
Your smartphone is your ticket. Download the myZillertal app. When you log in, you will find your purchased tickets in the "Wallet" of the app. You show this when you enter. Alternatively, you can print out the voucher with the QR code, which you will receive by mail after ordering.
Tickets are sold exclusively via mayrhofen.at and myZillertal.at as well as in the official myZillertal app. This means you will always receive a ticket issued by myZillertal. Only vouchers from mayrhofen.at and myZillertal are valid. Vouchers from third parties cannot be recognized as tickets. If you purchase tickets from a third party, make sure that this point of sale sends you an original myZillertal voucher.
Admission to the festival from 16 years. Children and teenagers between 6 and 16 years of age are admitted if accompanied by a parent or guardian over 18 years of age.
A maximum of 6 tickets per person can be purchased for this event. If you are planning your Christmas party with your team at the WAO! Festival, please contact event@waofestival.at
A refund of the ticket is not possible.
