On trail with a nature expert in the Tux Valley
We take a cab to the Waldhoaralm. The variety of plants and the abundance of wildlife are remarkable here. A real expert of the area will accompany you on the way to the Grüblspitze (2.395 m) and with a little luck we will observe chamois, marmots or golden eagles on their morning forays. You will learn exciting things about the behavior and characteristics of the local wild animals. We will then hike over the Zilljöchl to the Junsalm and further down into the valley. In our luggage are binoculars from Swarovski Optik and many tips for nature observation.
Good to know:
Character: challenging hike with 600 hm in ascent and 1,100 hm in descent.
Duration: approx. 6-7 hrs.; of which 4-5 hrs. are pure walking time
